Shipping

When you place an order, it will go through a two-step process:

1. Processing:
My processing time is 7 business days from when your order was placed. Processing includes reviewing and packing your orders.

2. Shipping: Once processed, your package is shipped via USPS. Please see below for delivery times.

Within the US

📬 Up to 7 business days

Orders are shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS) Ground Advantage which will take up to 7 business days for delivery.

International

📬 Up to 5 weeks, including customs

Orders are shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS) First-Class International Package which may take up to 5 weeks for delivery.

Customs fees and VAT: 
International customers are responsible for all custom charges and fees required for delivery if applicable. By ordering from my shop, you agree to these terms.

With this information and from when your order is received, there is a maximum of 14 business days for US orders and approximately 6 weeks for international orders.

If you run into any issues with your package, please contact me. However after it is marked "delivered", please contact USPS

All orders are shipped from Washington state, USA by a one-person team! (Just me!)

I will do my best to trace your package, but once the package is marked "delivered" it is out of my control to find the package and you must contact USPS. Please visit the USPS Missing Mail page to submit a claim with the post office.

I ship within the United States (domestic) as well as to countries approved through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please see below for countries not included in the approved list:

Products

Did you know enamel pin production process includes both machinery and physical hand detailing? Due to this, each pin may have slight inconsistencies.

My pin grades will fall into 3 categories: A, B, and C.

 A-Grade

Standard grade

 This grade may have the following cosmetic, yet very minor imperfections:

  • Superficial marks or scratches only visible at certain lighting or angles

  • Small smudges or nicks on the back side of pin

  • Minimal dots or bubbles on the metal plating or enamel

  • Very small amount of dips in enamel

B-Grade

Seconds

This grade will have more of the above in addition to major flaws including but not limited to

  • A high amount of dust

  • Metal oxidation

  • Large area of scratches (approx. 25% of the surface)

  • Dips in enamel

C-Grade - This grade is typically never sold and have flaws that affect the integrity of the original design.


While B-grade will be labeled across my shop, you can assume all other pins offered will be A-grade pins. If you have any additional questions about my pin grading, feel free to reach out at anytime!

Please contact me and I can check if any more are available! In most cases, sold out items may take up to a month to restock.

Refunds, returns & exchanges

Refunds: Refunds are accepted within 72 hours from when you placed your order. After 72 hours, orders are non-refundable.

Exchanges: Unfortunately, orders cannot be exchanged for different items. Please contact me within 72 hours to cancel your order. Once cancelled, you may place a new order with the correct items.

Please contact me within 14 days from when your order was marked delivered. Include your order number and any additional information about your missing or damaged items and I will do my best to help you! 

Once I receive your message, please have photos of the package as well as damaged items ready for me to review.

See below for how I handle common situations:

Missing items Missing items be re-shipped out within 1 business day. Tracking will be included.
Damaged items caused during processing

If it happens that an item was damaged during the processing (packing) phase, two options are available to remedy this issue: 

  1. Reship: A new item will be reshipped within 1 business day at no charge of the customer. Tracking will be included with newly shipped items.
  2. Refund: A refund in the amount paid for the damage item will be issued.
Damaged items caused during shipping If it happens that an item was damaged during shipping or by the delivery service, the customer will be subjected to filing a claim through USPS. The shop holds no responsibility or control with the how to package is handled once it is shipped out.
