Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Washington state, USA by a one-person team! (Just me!)
I ordered less than 7 days ago – where is my package?
Please note that it takes up to 7 business days to prepare and pack your order (pre-shipment). After the packing step, your order is dropped off at the post office (USPS) for delivery.
- For domestic US customers: Delivery time is currently 7 business days
- For international customers: Delivery time is currently 3-5 weeks
March 2021 update: Due to COVID-19, there are currently delays within the postal system and there may be an additional 5-7 business days (2-5 additional weeks for international) added to the above information.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please see the Shipping Info page for more details about my shipping process. All orders include a tracking number for your convenience. If you did not receive a tracking number, please check your spam folder before contacting me.
The post office lost my package! Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, once the package is shipped, it is out of my control to find the package. Please visit the USPS Missing Mail page to submit a claim with the post office.
When will you start shipping to other countries outside the US and Canada?
Hopefully by summer 2021 depending on the state of the post office! I will post an update when more countries become eligible.
Do you do refunds?
Refunds are accepted within 24 hours of when you placed your order. After the 24 hour mark, orders are non-refundable.
What about exchanges?
Orders placed through the site cannot be exchanged for different items. Please contact me within 24 hours for me to cancel your order. After that, feel free to place a new order with the correct items.
My package is missing an item or the item is broken – what should I do?
Please contact me within 14 days of your package's delivery and I will reship out the item on a case-by-case basis.
Are you open for commissions?
My commissions are currently closed.
You used to have [item] in your old shop...will it come back?
Some old products have retired, but if there is a large interest in a certain item, I will do my best to bring it back!
